Challenge & Solution

The platform served a technically complex domain managing inbound, outbound, VOIP, and Amazon services yet lacked a design experience that matched its operational depth. Users faced fragmented workflows, unclear service paths, and an internal CRM that couldn't keep pace with team demands.

The solution was a ground-up redesign: a responsive website built for trust and conversion, paired with a modular CRM dashboard that gave admins real control. Every touchpoint from service discovery to payment confirmation was restructured around clarity, consistency, and speed.
