Designing a Global Stage for Artisan Commerce
The Challenge
Loom needed to bridge two very different worlds: the emotional, story-driven experience of artisan craftsmanship and the precision of a fully operational commerce platform. The challenge was designing a system that felt human and premium at every touchpoint without sacrificing clarity or scale.
The Solution
The solution was a unified ecosystem spanning a marketing website, a discovery-first marketplace, and a multi-role dashboard. Every layer was designed with distinct user goals in mind from a customer exploring handcrafted products, to an artisan managing their storefront, to an admin overseeing platform operations.

The Loom dashboard gives super admins and artisans a centralized command center — covering product management, order tracking, payment operations, artisan approvals, and internal messaging.
