Designing Trust for Life's Most Sensitive Handover

Challenge & Solution

The core challenge was earning trust around an inherently sensitive subject. Users needed reassurance that passwords, crypto keys, and final wishes were truly secure, while beneficiaries needed a clear, dignified handover. We designed a calm interface that explains Vesperly's own zero-knowledge security in plain terms, so the process feels safe, never morbid or confusing.
