Design System
Before designing screens, we established a shared visual language. The design system ensures every component from buttons and status badges to form fields and data tables behaves predictably and looks cohesive across all three dashboard environments and the public website.

Dashboard Overview
Each dashboard was designed around its user's primary job-to-be-done. Admins need oversight and control. Space owners need to manage listings and bookings. Vendors need to discover, request, and track. Common UI patterns connect all three while the content and hierarchy remain role-specific.
Admin: Full visibility into users, listings, bookings, and payments. Built for platform operators who need to moderate activity, resolve disputes, and monitor health at a glance.
Space Owner: Designed for property owners who list spaces, set pricing, and manage incoming vendor requests. The focus is on actionable booking data and clear availability control.
Vendor: Tailored for food truck operators who need to find the right space, fast. The vendor dashboard prioritizes search, booking status, and communication with space owners.

Listing Management
Listing management is where space owners build their presence and vendors begin their discovery journey. We approached listing creation as a guided flow rather than a blank form owners move through segmented steps covering details, location, pricing, availability, and media, keeping the process focused and reducing errors.
On the discovery side, listings surface the most decision-critical information immediately, so vendors can evaluate options at a glance and dive deeper only when a space genuinely fits their needs.

Bookings Management
Booking follows a deliberate two-step process vendors request, owners respond creating a lightweight layer of mutual qualification essential for recurring business arrangements. Submitting a request takes under three minutes with no redundant steps or ambiguous outcomes.
Owners receive all the context needed to decide, accept or reject with a single action, and both parties are notified immediately. The entire flow is tracked in real time across both dashboards, eliminating back-and-forth just to confirm where things stand.

Payment System
The payment system balances a frictionless vendor checkout with full visibility for platform operators. Vendors see a clean booking summary with Stripe handling payment in one focused step no redirects, no confusion. On the admin side, every transaction is logged, timestamped, and linked to its booking, making it easy to track earnings and flag failed payments before they affect confirmed bookings.

Messaging System
The messaging system gives space owners and vendors a direct line of communication within the platform no external tools, no lost email threads. Every conversation is tied to a specific listing or booking, keeping context intact and communication focused on what actually matters.

A Full-Platform Web Experience Designed for Clarity, Discovery, and Action
From the homepage to the checkout screen, every public-facing page was designed to reduce friction and move users toward their next step. The website handles two distinct audiences simultaneously presenting spaces to vendors ready to book and building credibility for space owners listing their properties. Search, browse, listing detail, and booking flows work together as a cohesive system, not a collection of isolated screens.
