From Discovery to Delivery, One Seamless Platform

SSAF Logistics needed more than a website refresh; it needed a unified digital ecosystem. The challenge was bridging two very different user needs: external customers seeking shipping services with zero friction, and internal teams managing complex operational workflows across shipments, customers, and invoices.

The solution was a complete end-to-end design: a conversion-focused website paired with a powerful dashboard/CRM. Every screen was built around reducing cognitive load simplifying multi-step processes, surfacing the right data at the right time, and creating a system scalable enough to grow with the business.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard gives internal teams complete operational control. Key metrics surface at a glance incoming and outgoing shipments, courier performance, item status while modular navigation flows directly into customers, shipments, items, and invoices. Built for speed, clarity, and daily use.

Full Customer Visibility, Total Control. A centralized hub to view, add, edit, and delete customers with search, filters, and status tracking across name, email, location, carrier, and order details. Built so teams never lose track of who they're shipping for.
