The Challenge

Managing logistics at scale means dealing with fragmented data, multiple operational entities, and time-sensitive decisions. The existing workflow lacked a unified interface, making it difficult for admins to track orders, coordinate drivers, and manage companies without switching between tools or losing critical context.

The dashboard gives admins an immediate pulse on operations active orders, driver distribution, earnings trends, and order statistics all accessible through daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly filters. Every metric is positioned to reduce the time between insight and action.

Each order detail view includes source, destination, ETA, dimensions, pricing, receiver information, assigned driver profile, and an integrated map view everything needed to manage a shipment without leaving the screen.

Structured Company Oversight Manage registered companies with full visibility into their documentation, verification status, and contact details. Admins can review approval workflows, update company information, and maintain operational trust across all business relationships.
