Amplify is a complete redesign of a construction project management platform, covering the website, web app, and mobile app. The project transformed an outdated, confusing system into a clean, modern, and intuitive SaaS experience by fixing broken user flows, redesigning all features, adding missing functionality, and introducing a customizable dashboard card system resulting in a scalable, user-friendly platform tailored for non-technical construction teams.

The Amplify dashboard is designed to give users an instant, high-level view of performance through clear KPI cards for leads, bids, wins, and losses, combined with visual insights into estimator performance.
Interactive charts, time-based filters, and a customizable card system allow users to focus on the metrics most relevant to their role, turning complex construction data into an intuitive, actionable overview that supports faster and smarter decision-making.

The core of Amplify is its Project Management module. Previously, managing complex construction bids and active projects was a heavy, data-dense task that overwhelmed users. I redesigned this feature to prioritize clarity, speed, and customization.
I implemented a robust filtering engine that allows users to drill down by Job Type, Estimator, or Location in seconds. By adding smart search columns and clear status indicators, I reduced the cognitive load on project managers, allowing them to spend less time finding data and more time winning bids.



Rather than relying on simple responsiveness, the mobile app was redesigned with custom layouts optimized for on-site usage. Key actions and information are easily accessible, enabling field teams to update projects, review details, and stay connected in real time, directly from the job site.

Clarifying Value to Increase Recurring Revenue One of the biggest hurdles was the lack of clarity between one-time purchases and subscriptions. We introduced a redesigned toggle system that clearly highlights the savings and benefits of subscribing. This simple UX fix turned a point of confusion into a powerful tool for increasing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).

The mobile UI focuses on actionable layouts that cater to the unique needs of users on the go. I replaced dense tables with scannable, vertical cards and touch-friendly navigation, making it easy to manage bid updates or coordinate team chats with one hand. This transition from a web-centric view to a mobile-optimized interface ensures a seamless, consistent experience across the entire Amplify ecosystem.
